Just For Fun: Market Day

A temporary exhibition, sharing and ongoing archive
as part of Situation Leeds Festival
I took the opportunity to spend three full days in Leeds Kirkgate Market.  












I’d been looking for new ways to connect my work more directly with the community, and there was no better place for it. Housed in the heart of Leeds, I shared my ongoing collection of photos from Kirkgate Market, opening the space up for conversations and discussion about the city. 

I spent three full days chatting.

Alongside my own work, I shared photos from my Just For Fun network - where each month I set a new brief for the community to respond to, so it was a great way to share their work more broadly too. 

Thank you to everyone who stumbled by. I’m feeling extremely grateful for all the moments in that space; it was a really special exchange.
